Place heavy items in smaller crates, remember if you are going to struggle to lift the crate its likely this will also apply to the person who is going to move it. In lines with H&S guidance crates should not exceed 25kg weight limit.
Please do not over fill crates, the lids must close properly to avoid damage to the contents inside.
Pack the items sensibly to avoid damage in transit, delicate items should be placed in bubble wrap. For environmental purposes it is recommended not to overuse buddle wrap on items that do not require it.
Count crates on arrival and collection to avoid discrepancies.
