Kwik Move provide a dedicated Move Manager, who will engage with you from the start to the completion of the project, who will understand your businesses requirements and take the stress out of the project management of the move. Your allocated move manager will plan everything, from the initial planning stages to the day of the move and the subsequent clearance of the old building. Unlike other companies, you will have direct communications with your Move Manager (Not via Head Office) both email and mobile number. We provide this bespoke communications method as we understand how stressful a move can be and often there are last minute changes that you need to discuss.

Yes, we provide specialist IT crates and flight cases for your server requirements. We can also decommission and recommission IT, we can also arrange for PAT of your IT equipment post move to ensure that it is safe and compliant to use. We can also arrange for an electrician to be onsite when you move to your new premises, providing that additional reassurance, occasionally fit out contractors leave snagging issues, that could be quickly resolved to help maintain business continuity.

You should check with your insurance company to see if you cover for items in transit, we do offer a £50,000 cover for our vehicles in transit on request. Should you require additional insurance this can be arrange during the quotation.

Storage cabinets will require emptying, filing cabinets that can be locked or anti-tilt can be left full providing there is no need to negotiate stairways, otherwise they will need to be emptied.
